My approach is simple- I want to get you connected with every muscle in your body in as many different ways as possible. When you experience a wide variety of ways to activate each muscle in different ranges and planes of motion, you will build rapid awareness in our body. When you build awareness, you become more intuitive, knowing just how to work with your body in any moment. You will build an intimate communication with your body, which speaks its own language- the language of sensation.

The result of mastering this method is an enjoyable and intuitive strength practice that creates noticeable mental and physiological adaptations from session to session. The best part, no counting reps or sets, just focusing on exploring each movement in a variety of ways, according to your desire and level of ability.

My goal is for everyone who joins Zen Strength to realize their strongest, most balanced, most peaceful state of being, and for everyone to feel capable of roaming this world with a sense of confidence and physical capability.

The common thread within all athletic movement is strength and coordination. Strength allows the body to generate the force needed to initiate, maintain, and control movement. Coordination is the subtle communication throughout the body which balances the perfect amount of relaxation and tension to perform a movement with fluidity. Together, they create a harmonious and efficient movement system, where strength provides the power and coordination ensures the finesse. In this program, we will gradually build our capacity to express coordinated strength within natural-feeling movements, finding the progressions that are perfect for your current level of ability. It is my aim to provide you with a complete and simple approach that not only produces incredible results but is highly enjoyable. With our unique approach here at Zen Strength, you will feel your muscles light up in a new way with every movement as your mind understands how to create coordinated movements with heightened levels of precision.

Strength Essentials

Zen Strength holds the fundamental perspectives and exercises that will allow you to make amazing progress and intuitively explore movement for the rest of your life, with no need for a coach or complex programming. My goal is to empower you to the best of my ability, and provide so much value that this will be the last program you ever need.

 FAQs

  • For the Free 5-Day Challenge, all you will need is a light resistance band, althought you may benefit from having some basic freeweight.s all you will need is a something sturdy to hang from (bar or tree branch) and 5 resistance bands ranging from light to heavy. I offer a few movements that use other accessories, but all of these have alternative methods using pure bodyweight, bands, or something to hang from.

    Bonus accessories include: adjustable free weight (dumbbell or kettlebell), dip bars, heel raisers, weight vest and gymnastics rings. I highly recommend looking through the program before purchasing the bonus accessories to see if they are completely necessary for you.

  • This program is meant for those interested in strengthening their body in a very natural, intuitive and minimalist way. The Strength Essentials provides a foundation for feeling good in your body all day every day, while active and at rest.

  • This program is intended to help people heal injuries in a very gentle way, slowly re-building confidence in tender areas. If this program is not effective for you in fulfilling this purpose, you can request a full refund within 90 days. Always listen to your body and stop if you feel pain, proceed at your own risk.
